ADORABLE Consortium
The ADORABLE consortium aims to improve kidney transplant outcomes by developing an AI-powered, data-driven decision support tool. This tool will help to optimize donor kidney selection using novel biomarkers and machine learning algorithms, ultimately reducing graft failure and improving patient quality of life.
In 3–5 years, ADORABLE’s goal is to be recognized as a leading interdisciplinary initiative that transforms kidney transplantation through AI and biomarker innovation. By 2035, we envision widespread clinical adoption of our decision support tool, contributing to the goal of ‘one kidney for life.’

- Create and CE-certify machine learning algorithms for predicting graft and patient survival, and integrate these tools into the national donor data app used by nephrologists

- Ensure cost-effectiveness and secure reimbursement from healthcare insurers
