]]> On 17 September 2025, the ADORABLE Consortium officially launched its collaborative research journey with a successful Kick-Off meeting held at Hotel Halbert in Groningen, NL.

The event brought together consortium partners, funding agencies, and stakeholders for a full afternoon of presentations and discussions. Highlights included introductions to the five work packages—ranging from biomarkers and biopsies to machine learning and stakeholder engagement—and two engaging discussions on defining successful transplantation and translating algorithms into clinical practice.

The meeting was a great success, marked by active interaction and enthusiasm for collaboration across disciplines. With this strong start, the ADORABLE Consortium is well-positioned to make meaningful progress in improving transplantation outcomes.

This support enables us to pursue our mission to improve long-term kidney transplant survival using AI-driven diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
